which will be held from 17-20 August 2015 at Washington DC in the United
States and in Praia Cape Verde from 24-27 August 2015.

The benevolent donors across the United States and the Organizing Committee
will provide round Trip air tickets and accommodation for the period of
participants, Stay in the U.S and Cape Verde, to all registered
participants. If you are a holder of passport that may require visa to
enter United States and Cape Verde, you may inform the conference
secretariat at the time of registration.
