requested this feedback during STC-16 in Syndey. Most of the STC co-chairs were confortable with
a more relaxed time schedule and understood the need to do a detailed study conserning the background and framework
for labeling. However, Joern Hoffmann expressed his desired to progress faster and to develop a label concept
according to the guidance from the STC Co-Chairs and the initial concept presented at STC-15. In the end, it was
agreed that the proposed background document should be available prior to the next STC meeting.
