Associating Entries With References All publishing forms allow you to associate entries with references to articles and other documents available in the reference list of the URR to provide more information on an entry. You can do this association in the 'References' field at the end of each publishing form just above the 'Comments' field. If a desired reference is not in the References table, it can be added by going to the publishing form for references (see the References tutorial). After a reference has been published using this form, it is available for association with entries. For illustration, we load the existing entry 'low-latency integrated tropospheric water content' into the Requirements form. This is done by first clicking on the 'Edit/View All' link and then clicking on the desired requirement in the list. |
